Amazing! Amanda took care of our hotel reservations and also got us upgrades we would not have gotten had we not booked through her. We were upgraded to an oceanfront room and were able to circumvent the long line at hotel reception and had a private check-in.

Amanda is the best. Patient, detailed, took the time to listen to understand what we wanted, and then presented options and worked with us up until takeoff (and checked in throughout). She didn’t miss a detail and ensured it was a once in a lifetime trip.
